Loss of appetite [ भूख कम लगना]


सूर्यनमस्कार मंत्रों के साथ ५ से ८ बार।
योगासनों में ताड़,त्रिकोण,कतिच्क्र,सेतुबंध,उष्ट्र,भुजंग,धनुर,शलभ,मकर एवं शव। [२बार प्रत्येक]
प्राणायामों में अनुलोम-विलोम,भस्त्रिका। [५ मिनट प्रत्येक]
क्रिया में कपालभाती। [५ मिनट]
जडीबुटी विज्ञान- आमले का पाऊडर शहद में मिलाकर लें।
निम्बू के रस के साथ अदरक का रस सूबह लें।
suryanamskar with mantra 5 to 8 times.
In yogasana mountainpose,Trianglepose,Bridgepose,Halfwheelpose,Camelpose,Cobrapose,Bowpose,Shlabhpose,Crocodilepose and Deadpose.[2 times each]
In pranayama anulom-vilom and bhstrika.[5 minutes each]
In yogickriya Kapalbhati.[5 minute]
Herbal Treatment-Take teaspoonof emblic myrobalans with honey for good result.
Take lime juice with ginger early in the morning.
